We have an immediate opening for **a Spa Experience Lead** in our Calgary location in the Signal Hill neighborhood. This opportunity requires a results-oriented individual who thrives on building relationships with the community and their team, who can manage their time accordingly while being a team player in our innovative entrepreneurial environment.
- We are looking for teammates who can work evenings and weekends, including from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM to assist Calgarians in accessing our amazing services throughout the week. Please _**do not apply**_ _if these hours do not work for your schedule._

Reports to: Operations Manager

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Membership sales, education and client care
- Responsible for overseeing opening and closing duties depending on the shift schedule
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners
- Deals with everyone - from staff to client - in a professional and genuine manner
- Has a desire to really connect with people and help them relieve their pain and stress
- Cleaning, operations, retail, and guiding incredible customer experiences
- Greeting all customers at the door and determine their needs and demands
- Prompt and consistent communications with management, your team, and the client
- Ensure all pricing and any extras are understood by customer and they always know what to expect next
- Customer Sales - checking customers in, upselling, customer follow-up and customer experience
- Stay up to date on all new products and improvements
- Return all customer phone calls within 20 minutes

**Experience**
- Min 3 years of customer facing sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Thrive in a unique entrepreneurial environment
- Previous experience in a business administrative role an asset
- Previous experience with mindbody software an asset
- Yoga or health and wellness backgrounds are a bonus
- Flexible schedule and an ability to work weekends
- You have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can get work done with mínimal supervision
- You are a team player, flexible, personable and accountable
- Your attention to detail is unparalleled
