**The team**:
**What your day will look like**:

- Collaborate with members of the digital marketing team to help ensure designs are converted into functional formats for the platforms needed
- Responsible for undertaking ongoing maintenance and updating of assigned digital assets on the Digital Asset Management tool (DAM) including all metadata tagging, categorization and curation
- Collaborate and provide graphic design guidance and support on digital projects with global regional offices and with external design agencies
- Ensure that all creative and functional design work aligns with established brand guidelines and represent the Genetec brand in a consistent and effective manner
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to the correct design and format specifications as required

**About you**:

- Education: Formal education in the form of a degree or diploma in Graphic Design
- Experience: 3-5-years of experience in similar position (corporate)
- Languages: Bilingual - English and French (working proficiency minimum)
- Portfolio of completed graphic design work and creative projects
- Creativity and ability to translate ideas and concepts in a visual way for development of icons, diagrams, and infographics
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to multi-task in a collaborative work environment
- Have good research skills
- Good time management and multitasking skills in executing projects

**Great if you have**:

- Comfortable working with project and task management tools - WRIKE (or similar such as Asana/Trello
- Working with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform (Widen Collective or similar)

**Technical Skills**:

- **Creative design tools**:Adobe Creative Cloud family (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator), Prototyping design software (Adobe XD or Figma/Sketch), Canva template development and design
- **Web banner creation tools**:Experience with designing and producing static and animated ad banners, with HTML5 and GIF as needed, Experience working with web banner creation tools (Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate or similar)
- Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint design)
- Social Media graphics creation and best-practices
- SharePoint365 site/page design and layout
- Experience with HTML and CSS coding languages
