Creating a fun space for our teams and the best experience for our guests. Simply put, we’re people peepsAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll lead the creation of striking visuals across digital, print, and video platforms, help shape the brand’s creative direction, and support campaigns that make Pür & Simple stand out. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design of digital and print materials, including social media content, menus, flyers, and promotional campaigns.Assist in editing and produce short-form videos for social media and marketing initiatives.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and internal teams on creative concepts and campaigns.Support junior designers by providing guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Contribute to the evolution of the Pür & Simple brand identity.Skills & Qualifications:Bilingual: French and English3 - 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environmentDEC in Graphic Design or equivalent trainingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Animate)Knowledge of print and digital production processesExperience in advertising/display campaigns (print and digital) is an asset3D modeling and rendering knowledge is an assetStrong typography, color, and layout skillsExperience producing digital-first content optimized for social mediaProfile We’re Looking For:Initiative, proactivity, and autonomyPositive attitude and strong communication skillsRigorous, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality workAbility to adapt concepts with a sharp eye for designEfficient, fast, and able to manage multiple projectsTeam player, eager to collaborate and contribute to a creative teamAbility to meet deadlines consistentlyWhy You’ll Love Working with Us:Competitive salary based on experiencePaid vacation to rechargeComprehensive health and dental benefitsOpportunities for growth and skill developmentJoin a fun, young team that’s redefining breakfastHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your best design and multimedia work.
