ProSource is seeking a **motivated** and **enthusiastic** **Sales and Customer Service Representative** to help grow our Langley Branch.

**The primary responsibilities of this role are**:

- Provide an outstanding experience for all ProSource customers
- Inside and outside sales of our outdoor living products
- Proactively generate sales with new and existing customers
- Build and maintain long term relationships with contractors, architects, and builders
- Follow processes using ProSource systems (ie. POS, CRM etc.)
- Prepare annual sales plan and participate in weekly sales meetings
- On site contractor support (training, installs, layouts, troubleshooting)
- Become a source of knowledge; understand the products we sell and be able to confidently provide solutions
- Participate in our ProSource University training sessions
- Be a culture champion and emulate ProSource values

- Detail oriented, organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, observing, and questioning skills
- Ability to work some Saturdays April - September
- Ability to communicate proficiently in the English language
- Drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
