**Full Time Shared Settlement Services Coordinator**

**MANDATE**:
As the Shared Coordinator in partnership with Renfrew County work to provide leadership, direction, planning, coordination and customer service for the Settlement Services program and Settlement Services staff. Carry out the day-to-day operations of settlement programs and services as well as the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of staff located in both Lanark and Renfrew Counties. The Settlement Coordinator oversees program delivery, tracking outcomes, preparing reports, and accurate and timely data entry. Deliver services that are client centered and tailored appropriately utilizing an intersectional lens. With the support of the staff, they recruit and oversee program volunteers. They will build collaborative relationships with community partners across both Lanark & Renfrew counties, as well as regional networks. Ensure staff are provided with and use the appropriate training and/or procedures, equipment and material to perform assigned duties.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
Position wage is based on funding. 35 hours per week. Date of opening**:April 1, 2025 to March 2028**.
