**About the role**:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Marketing team as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist based in Montréal.

We're looking for an energetic marketing specialist who will contribute to existing marketing programs while helping to develop new, creative ideas aligned with magicplan's goals. The ideal team member will help with content creation for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, provide marketing support for digital campaigns, assist the sales team with creating marketing material, and more.

**About You**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Digital Marketing Manager. A few things you need to have.
- Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or similar
- Experience - 6 months - 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms and their respective advertising and analytics functions
- Exposure to lead management processes between digital channels and CRMs (Experience with Monday/Hubspot would be considered an asset)
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams
- Team player with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Track record of effectively collaborating with remote teams
- Energetic, creative, and self-motivated

**What you'll do**:

- Help to manage our social media accounts & blog
- Work together with the graphic design team to ensure that we have all the materials needed
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns (incl. creating assets such as landing pages)
- Create marketing materials such as one-pagers, flyers, etc.

In the first 3 months, we´ll help you to:

- Learn everything about magicplan and its features
- Get to know your colleagues around the world
- Adopt company culture
- Start working on your first marketing tasks under mentoring of senior colleagues

In the next 3 months you should:

- Start taking over individual marketing tasks, with support from senior colleagues
- Collaborate on tasks with other teams (sales, pre-sales, account management)
- Get a full understanding of stakeholdership and processes

By the end of the year, we´ll make sure you are ready to:

- Work independently on the majority of tasks
- Take own initiative while developing marketing campaigns
- Take more ownership and responsibility
