**Project Coordinator**
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in fulfilling our commitments to our customers. They are fully accountable for the accuracy of construction documents, correspondence, and reporting. The company’s brand and financial performance rely on properly executing these responsibilities.

**IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE**:
**Deliverable 1** - Procurement
- You’re in charge of ensuring that your team has what they need when they need it so that collectively we hit our targets for the project:
**Deliverable 2**—Verify Project Details: You’re in charge of ensuring the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted. You createa seamless experience for our clients, team, and subcontractors.

Included but not limited to: Confirming schedules, material availability, project documentation, looking ahead and proactively problem-solving.
**Deliverable 3** - Project Administration Tying it all together through supporting the team, checking off the boxes and communicating to all stakeholders.
**Deliverable 4** - Warranty & Small Job Management: You support our clients in solving warranty issues when they come up and perform project management for jobs under 10K.
**Required Experience/ Skills**:
- 3+ years in Construction
- 3 years of office experience
- Knowledge & a broad range of construction methods & techniques experience
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills, with the ability to work in a diverse workforce
- High level of detail-oriented, time management and organizational skills.
- Proven planning and scheduling experience.
- Competency with high-volume workload and the ability to stay focused and make sound decisions.
- Ability to multitask while managing priorities in a calm manner
- Proficiency with computer/technology, including PC and Mac
**Software Experience**:
- Chief Architect
- Google Docs/sheets
- Sage 100
- Builder Trend
