Located on the shores of Georgian Bay, we serve some of the most complex and disadvantaged individuals in Ontario and are the sole provider of high-secure forensic mental health services in the province.

The Manager of Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program B is currently seeking a Full Time Clinical Consultant & Trainer. The purpose of the position is to plan, conduct and deliver structured psychotherapy services under the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program including individual and group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for adults, children and youth with depression, anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. OSP consists of a network of organizations working together to deliver and sustain an effective and efficient stepped care clinical pathway to treat clients. This position will be required to provide triage and clinical assessment to clients seeking OSP services as a portion of their duties which will vary based on program needs.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide regular and ongoing clinical consultation to other qualified OSP therapists
- Co-facilitate the online OSP CBT training courses based on principles of adult learning
- Develop materials to support OSP clinical protocol adoption by OSP therapists
- Train and remain up-to-date on OSP clinical protocols, training program and consultation requirements.
- Collaborate with the regional OSP leadership team and management teams at service delivery sites
- Provide feedback, suggestions, and advice as requested to the OSP team; Participate in regional and provincial development of the program.

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- RN, OT or RSW, undergraduate degree required a masters degree is preferred must be a registered member of one of the following: College of Nurses of Ontario, Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- OR; Registered Psychotherapist with a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Health related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in the delivery of CBT with evidence that they received formal CBT training and appropriate supervision required
- Experience training others in CBT Preferred
- Training/Education in effective consultation skills with a minimum of 1 year experience supervising/ consulting preferred
- Results oriented work ethic to work independently and undertake tasks needed to accomplish work objectives and deliver quality, consistent and timely results
- Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt readily to change

- Preference for proficiency in French/English language skills
