**Responsibilities**:

- Online Merchandising Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute site audit, including sale, seasonal content, promotions-
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to support business objectives-
- Maximize sales and conversion through recommendations for campaigns, upsells/cross sell, search improvement, etc. and other initiatives that support department objective-
- Develop strategy to enhance on-page merchandising rules, iPDP developmentEnsure product/merchandising plans latter up to business and campaign objectives-
- Develop dropship product plan to align with category growth plans-
- Optimize merchandising guides based on customer feedback and returns analytics-
- Develop strategy for asset and content creation relating to key merchandise categories- Reporting & Analytics- Develop new reporting and identify opportunities for improvement-
- Present monthly business updates including online KPIs, action plans and initiatives to deliver to targets-
- Manage audit of product catalog content to ensure accuracy or pricing, photography, copy, attributes, etc.-
- Liaise with studio production team, buyers and vendor partners to ensure brands are accurately represented online-
- Utilize reporting and data to develop plan to improve sales for key categories and brands-
- Conduct returns analysis of key categories and report on regularly-
- Inform successful future buys- Relationship Management- Conduct regular meetings with buying partners to inform ecommerce plans and provide feedback loop for online performance-
- Communicate regularly with key vendor partners, identify any issues within each area, work closely with vendor on resolutions and recommendations, and find optimal ways to capitalize on vendor relationship-
- Develop strong relationships with dropship vendor partners to grow channel- HR and Leadership- Management oversight of online merchandisers, manage projects and develop best practices-
- Establish performance standards and provide ongoing feedback to team-
- Conduct recruitment and selection-
- Hold one-on-one meetings and assessments- Customer Service & Engagement- Provide back-up support with e-commerce customer service, orders and fraud (includes after-hours/weekend as needed)-
- Work with Ecommerce Analytics team to plan customer journeys that shorten path to purchase-
- Resolve escalated customer service issues of medium-high priority-
- Support customer service questions related to product-
- Undergraduate degree in Business or E-Commerce-
- 5 years of experience in E-Commerce merchandising, buying or other related field-
- Practical experience and strong interest in luxury fashion/retail industry-
- High detail orientation-
- Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to collect data, analyze trends, draw conclusions, make actionable recommendations, and drive improved business results-
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams with proven ability to provide leadership and influence others-
- Comprehensive knowledge and awareness of industry trends (online & other)-
- Ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders across functions in a matrix organization-
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities under tight time constraints-
- Very strong attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills-
- Retail business experience (In-store customer facing or Head Office)-
- Experience with Google analytics and other analytics tools-
- Strong ability to manage time & organize multiple priorities-
- Excellent relationship building skills-
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work with tight deadlines-
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral-
