Job Summary
Administrative and customer service support
Primary Duties & responsibilities
Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:
- Ensure communication with customer for RMAs
- Enter RMA information in SAP system
- Prepare quote for unit repaired
- Prepare shipping documents to return the units to the customer
- Request HTS code for new and existing product
- In accordance with procedures, perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC)
- Purchase office supplies
- Create purchase requisition for Engineering group
- Track shipments from Laval to the customer
- Communicate with customers for shipping instruction
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/accountability or related discipline
- Experience with SAP
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience in a small business environment is an asset
- Bilingual
- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language
- Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilités:
Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilités dans les domaines spécifiques énumérés ci-dessous:
- Assurer la communication avec les clients pour les RMA
- Effectuer l’entrée de données pour les RMA dans SAP
- Préparer les soumissions pour les unités réparés.
- Communiquer les instructions d’expédition aux clients et préparer les documents d’expédition
- Faire les demandes de code tarifaire HTS pour les nouveaux produits et ceux existant
- Effectuer la vérification des expéditions en conformité avec nos procédures (Itar-GTC)
- Effectuer l’achat de la papeterie
- Préparer les réquisitions d’achat pour l’ingénierie
- Effectuer le suivi des envois à nos clients
- Toutes autres taches demandées
Exigences
- Diplôme d’Études Collégiales en administration/chaine d'approvisionnement ou discipline relié au poste
- Connaissance de SAP est un atout
- Être multi-tâches et désir de s’impliquer dans l’entreprise
- Expérience en petite entreprise est un atout
- Être bilingue français et anglais, écrit et oral
- Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
