In this dynamic, full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions including preparing meeting agendas, managing documentation, maintaining organized digital records, and supporting client relations. You will also contribute to our insurance and mortgage support, assist with marketing and event coordination, and manage our social media presence.

This mostly virtual role, with occasional mandatory in-person meetings, is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys a diverse mix of administrative, transactional, customer service, and social media tasks.

**Administrative Support**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support by preparing meeting agendas, assisting with consultant follow-ups, managing incoming and outgoing mail and documents, and maintaining well-organized digital files and client records. Offer reliable in-office support and serve as a backup resource when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Client Relations**
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client updates, including banking details, address changes, and compliance documentation. Support by maintaining up-to-date client records and handling client-related transactions and inquiries.

**Insurance & Mortgage Support**
- Support insurance and mortgage operations by ensuring timely processing of payments and accurate updates to client records. Coordinate with the departments to facilitate smooth backend support for client-related transactions and documentation.

**Marketing & Events**
- Marketing and event coordination by preparing client gifts and cards, maintaining the event calendar, and managing invitation logistics. Assist with registration tracking and administrative setup to ensure smooth execution for client webinars.

**Social Media & Tech**
- Manage and schedule content for company social media accounts, ensuring consistent and professional online presence. Provide internal support for client-facing digital tools by assisting with access setup and troubleshooting, helping ensure smooth digital interactions.

**Compliance & Training**
- Support compliance efforts by generating required reports and tracking internal progress. Maintain up-to-date knowledge by completing assigned training modules and participating in ongoing internal learning initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

**Job Types**: Temps plein, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
