We’re looking for a total team player with a keen attention to detail that strives for accuracy throughout the role.

**Position Summary**: The **Inventory / Purchasing Coordinator **is accountable to the Operations Manager and the Director of Operations. You will be part of an established procurement team and will be required to work together to procure and manage our inventory.

**The Role**:

- Analyze daily inventory requirements & ensure accurate entry of purchase orders
- Confirm purchase orders & maintain transaction records using Sage 300 Operating Software
- Approve & process supplier invoices for payment
- Interact with suppliers to expedite inventory, address accounts payable inquiries, & troubleshoot & resolve discrepancies
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet the projected sales demands
- Perform and support Customs compliance for imported goods
- Maintain vendor files
- Maintain contract database and system item updates.
- Perform and support monthly inventory verification including charge-back analysis to our vendors
- Coordinate with team members to reconcile inventory values and investigate variances
- Analyze inventory statistics to continuously improve inventory control
- Perform and support sales, inventory, and regulatory reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate regulatory tasks for the company
- Use and navigate through Sage 300 Operating Software, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office to perform all tasks
- Ensure adherence to Company purchasing policies & procedures
- Perform and support the physical inventory audit process

**Qualifications**:

- Previous purchasing/inventory control experience
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Strong computer skills with experience in excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a professional, positive, and energetic attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on key deliverables
