**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must have a Valid Proserve.
