We are searching for enthusiastic out of the box thinking, beer loving servers to join the team at our new Taproom in Cochrane's Historic Downtown Server experience is necessary, along with a valid pro-serve.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing position. Must be able to provide excellent customer service including resolving customer issues and handling monetary transactions, serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Must have the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with managers and support staff. Must be a strong brand ambassador and have fun

**Summary**

As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the restaurant manager, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Utilizing your core skills in food handling and restaurant experience, along with premium skills in time management and POS systems, you will efficiently manage guest interactions and transactions. Your commitment to hospitality and guest services will be vital in fostering a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction. Join us to contribute to our vibrant team

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout service.
- Handle cash and process payments using POS systems efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Taproom
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
