**Service Department Manager**

Ottawa Goodtime Centre is seeking a highly motivated and creative self-starter to join our team as our Service Department Manager.

Built from the ground up by riders, for riders, we are a welcoming family of diverse motorsport enthusiasts that pride ourselves on providing a leading level of customer service

The Service Department Manager is responsible for leading and motivating our strong service team of mechanics, advisors and labourers to ensure efficiency and an overall strong customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and motivate the service team
- Oversee the mechanic workload to ensure efficiency
- Responsible for ordering required supplies and tools
- Ensures the department is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Oversees hiring, training, and supervising all employees in the department
- Setting employee schedules and duties within the department
- Work with other departments and upper management to ensure proper and efficient communication between departments
- Problem solving and conflict resolution with customers, service department employees, and other employees of the company.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with our customers and employees

**What we are looking for**
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and have the drive to succeed.
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the motorcycle industry
- Possess a strong problem solving and analytical mindset.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in managing a team of 10+ employees
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat attitude

This is a fulltime and permanent position and must work onsite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
