**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Service Manager in managing the service department’s operations.
- Supervise and mentor service advisors and technicians to maintain high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor workflow and service schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Uphold dealership policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in an automotive service department (dealership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and service management software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
