**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering an outstanding dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in serving food and beverages efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
