**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present high-quality food items in accordance with event specifications.
- Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Provide excellent guest services by interacting positively with clients and attendees.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Assist in menu planning and selection based on client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events.
- Manage inventory of catering supplies and report any shortages or needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Experience in food preparation and presentation techniques preferred, but will train.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
