**Responsibility**:

- Compile and maintain promotional plans submitted by Category Managers
- Load weekly promo plans into well.ca system
- Prepare and track all orders for inventory needed to support upcoming promotions
- Prepare various other orders (ex: special vendors, special buy opportunities)
- Co-ordinate with Marketing, Purchasing and Category Managers to ensure all promotional details and orders are accurate and complete

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal/written communications
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills, must be comfortable using Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

- A can-do self-starter who is tenacious and creative in finding ways to get things done
- Someone with inventory/purchasing/promotional experience and a great attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
