We are looking for a team leader who is self motivated, energetic, innovated and friendly to help support our clinical team. Must be able to work evenings and week-ends and available to cover on-call, holidays and sick days. This position will be **approximately 30** hours a week. Extended Health and Dental Benefits available, along with free parking, reduced rates on health services, and discount rates on dispensary items. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to foster a positive work environment

Schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday.

**Requirements**:

- Immunization to Covid, Tetanus and Hepatis B
- Must complete all required Worker's Safety Board training with-in 1 month of hire.
- Must demonstrate outstanding people skills with compassion, composure and empathy.
- Must be able to multi-task, lead a team, develop new systems and be self motivated.
- Must be able to communicate at a professional level in English, written and oral.
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience, Office assistant or MOA diploma or equivalent health or office experience, with typing skill level 35-60 WPM an asset.
- Must have some flexibility with hours. Shift will be Tuesday's to Saturday's plus on call.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, disinfect clinic supplies, sinks, counters and work areas and provide a safe work environment for both employees and customers.
- Escort patients to rooms in preparation of the attending practitioner.
- Restocking clinic rooms, lab and reception supplies daily.
- Be familiar with all clinic forms, policies and procedures, invoicing codes and website information.
- Invoice patients and collect and manage accounts receivables as requested.
- Learn and be able to provide patients with information on all clinic services, fees, new patient intake procedures and directions to the clinic with ease.
- Assist the doctor in the completion of patient lab work or exams as required.
- Must be able to effectively prepare lab samples which includes the safe handling of blood, urine, saliva, stool and other lab products and co-ordinate efficiently courier shipments.
- Compound botanical tinctures for patients as directed by physicians in a hygienic and sterile environment.
- Support and assist in the training of new staff as requested by the office manager.
- Complete daily sales reports for accurately, manage cash and balance cash daily.
- Lead the MOA team, train new staff, and complete performance reviews.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
