Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Développement des Affaires inspirant(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre belle équipe

**Compétences et expériences requises**
- **Connaissance du marché des cosmétiques** : Une compréhension approfondie des tendances actuelles, des réglementations et des défis spécifiques au secteur est fréquemment demandée.
- **Compétences en gestion de projet** : La capacité à mener plusieurs projets simultanément, en respectant les délais et les budgets, est une compétence clé.
- **Maîtrise des outils numériques** : Une familiarité avec les logiciels de ODOO, les plateformes de marketing digital et les outils d'analyse de données est souvent exigée.

**Qualifications académiques**
- **Diplôme en marketing, en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe** : Un baccalauréat ou une maîtrise dans ces domaines est généralement requis.
- **Formations complémentaires** : Des certifications en marketing digital, en gestion de projet ou en analyse de données peuvent être un atout.

**Qualités personnelles**
- **Dynamisme et proactivité** : Une attitude positive et une volonté d'initier des projets sont valorisées.
- **Capacité à travailler en équipe** : La collaboration avec diverses équipes internes et externes est essentielle.
- **Flexibilité et adaptabilité** : Savoir s'adapter aux évolutions du marché et aux besoins changeants de l'entreprise est important.

**Profil recherché**:

- Bilingue (français/anglais) avec d’excellentes compétences en communication
- Dynamique, motivé(e) et passionné(e) par le développement de relations durables
- Compétences prouvées en gestion de marketing et développement des affaires
- Grande capacité à motiver les équipes et à inspirer autour d’une vision commune
