PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

This position is responsible for all accounting, recording and analytical functions pertaining to the Company’s gas station business.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Processes daily reporting files from gas station locations for sales, inventory and other reports.

Processes bank deposits.

Maintains daily reconciliation of processing A/R accounts.

Processes commercial credit card transactions.

Prepares and processes related journal entries.

Responsible for all company-operated location’s store accounting and reporting.

Responsible for administration, support and development of POS system.

Processes various credits and billings for gas station related transactions (deposit errors, credit card charge backs, etc.).

Month end reconciliation of accounts.

Maintains all gas station accounting notes and listings.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program and Company Health and Safety policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Post-secondary education in accounting and/or previous financial accounting experience.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Strong MS Excel skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Indoors with mínimal physical effort required.
