**Company Overview**

**Pantos Logistics Canada Inc** provides top global logistics solutions to over 1,000 clients in services areas of Ocean, Air, E-Commerce, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Cargo Projects. Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking for an experienced and well-rounded sales person that will play a major role in the business development (biz areas: int’l freight forwarding, perishable items, project cargo, customs clearance, warehousing) in Canada East and West regions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and organize information by working with different Managers and teams of Employees throughout the company to document and validate current business processes, recommending changes to improve overall control and efficiency
- Manage changes to processes, including analyzing effects on internal controls, obtaining management approval, and documenting changes
- Identify, assess, control and mitigate risk, developing value added recommendations for corrective actions
- Assists with month end/ quarter end/ year-end close processes and related financial reporting. Ensure timeliness, integrity, completeness and accuracy of assigned reports as it pertains to various business units.
- Key participant with quarterly forecasts for various business units and cost centers to reflect the outlook for revenues, operating costs and capital spending.
- Significant participant in client revenue forecasting and budgeting for Business process outsourcing technology enterprise through frequent interaction with internal client facing teams

**Job Qualifications.**
- Bachelor degree in either Finance/Business Management required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in Finance/Business Management/Accounting required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience in implementation of new ERP systems is an asset
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills within team environment
