We’re looking for a skilled and dependable **Stone Countertop Installation Team Lead** to join our Calgary-based team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in stone countertop installation who is ready to take on a leadership role in the field. You’ll lead the crew on job sites, ensure high-quality installations, and act as the key point of contact for both clients and our internal operations team.

**Education**
- High School Graduation

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 year of countertop installation experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of countertop fabrication experience preferred
- Previous countertop installation team lead experience preferred
- Experience in CAM/CNC and digital templating systems as an asset
- Cantonese/Mandarin speaker as an asset

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and lead installation crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Ensure safe, efficient, and precise installation of granite, quartz, marble, and other stone surfaces
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and layout drawings before and during installation
- Coordinate with shop staff to ensure timely delivery of fabricated materials
- Maintain high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
- Train and mentor junior installers to improve performance and safety
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and inventory of tools and vehicles

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stone countertop installation
- Previous countertop installation team lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and industry installation techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy materials
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
