**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Perform and complete installation of on-site Granite, Quartz, and Stone/Solid surface countertops.
- Travel to job sites to correctly install solid surfaces. These homes may be currently occupied or under construction.
- Handle service requests, for any issues pertaining to the Installation.
- Remove Existing Countertops in a clean manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and/or concerns while on site.
- Leave Sites Clean
- Manage large pieces of stone Granite, Marble, and Quartz
- Must have knowledge on how to level out counters/seams, and cut & polish on-site, when needed.
- Assess situations and find quick and efficient solutions
- Read drawing templates to determine the work required

The successful applicant must be reliable and punctual, and have minimum two years of industry related working experience. MUST be able to lift heavy weight. Overtime is possible. We offer competitive wages and wage is dependent upon experience.
- **Core Competencies**:_
- 5 -year experience installing solid surfaces, stone or tile or cabinets preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and complete a daily, weekly, and monthly task schedule
- Driver’s License in good standing order
- Problem-Solving Skills and Good Communication are a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute installation projects including stone countertop, or flooring, tile laying, and carpentry tasks.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing in installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to accurately complete projects according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in installation or related fields such as carpentry or maintenance person services.
- Strong skills in tile laying, flooring installation, and caulking.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with various hand tools and equipment used in construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Countertop / Cabinet installation: 5 years (preferred)
- Team leader: 5 years (preferred)

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
