**COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AGENT TRAINEE**

**The Opportunity**

Do you want to become a commercial real estate agent?

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at AICRE Commercial in Edmonton, specializing in Commercial and Industrial sales and leasing throughout Alberta.

We are looking for a career-minded individual who is ready to begin their real estate journey with our team. The objective of this position is to train and eventually become a licensed Associate and continue your career with AICRE Commercial.

This is a full-time, commission based position that will require an energetic, motivated and suitably presented individual to work within a fast-paced team, and have the ability to work autonomously when required, always maintaining a high level of integrity and strong work ethic.

Previous real estate experience, whilst welcomed, is not essential, and the successful applicant may be a recent graduate who is looking at developing their commercial property career or a mature, self-motivated, and organized individual with sales experience looking for a career change. Other requirements include:

- Current Drivers License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent presentation
- Attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
- Able to work well with set KPI's
- COMMISSION based career

**The Position**

We are looking for an energetic, motivated and detail oriented individual to work within our team to help provide industry leading services to our Commercial real estate clients, with responsibilities including:

- Administrative support to our senior agents
- Lead generation, including prospecting, cold calling, and business development
- Property research and analysis
- Marketing of exclusive Brokerage listings
- Market research and report writing

Work remotely:

- No

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
