**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy retrieval.
- Collect data from various sources as needed for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry systems and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative tasks.
- Provide clerical support as required, including filing, scanning, and document management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data collection.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various clerical tasks, including filing systems and document processing.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
