**Responsibilities of the Job**
- Assist in the assembly and installation of custom cabinets and millwork
- Operate and maintain common woodworking equipment: table saws, edge banders, hand tools etc.
- Take and document precise site measurements for fabrication and installation
- Safely drive a box truck to and from job sites; valid full driver’s license required
- Read and interpret CAD shop drawings accurately
- Able to do heavy lifting as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Effectively communicate with team members, management and clients to ensure a streamlined workflow

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Ability to read and interpret shop CAD drawings.
- Full driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck.
- Proficient with common woodworking power tools
- Effective communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in carpentry, cabinetmaking, custom millwork, or related fields.

**Nice to Haves**
- Experience with CNC machines and CNC programming is a plus.
- Ability to create CAD drawings using AutoCAD
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred, but not mandatory, due to the team's language requirements.
