The TransX Group of Companies has an exciting opportunity for a **Dispatcher** to join the Operations Department in our Aberfoyle facility. This position is responsible for dispatching and arriving trips to TMW. The Dispatcher is also responsible for effective management and support of an assigned fleet of drivers and trucks. This position will focus on operational excellence and superior customer service, ensuring their fleet operates efficiently as a team in support of our high standards for driver success and customer service performance.

**Shift**: Monday to Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of previous experience in the Transportation Industry or in Logistics & Supply Chain is considered an asset.
- Previous Dispatch experience preferred
- Experience with programs such as Excel and TMW
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience and a passion for customer service
- Strong Written and Oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
