Successful Transportation company based out of Guelph ON, is currently seeking a hard working Transportation Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for an individual who will meet all service requirements, self motivated and willing to learn. This is a key operational position with the opportunity to advance and grow with the Company.

If you are a reliable team player who is able to stay calm under pressure, then we are looking for you
- Ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate for inbound/outbound shipments
- Timely submission and follow up of customs documents and verify custom broker information
- Enter all inbound and outbound orders with accuracy
- Pre - contact shipper/consignee to book shipping/delivery appointments and check details / directions
- Communicate clearly with drivers and dispatch
- General telephone reception duties
- General office data entry

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in Fleet manager/PC Miler preferred
- Experience in customs clearance ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS and transportation an asset, but will train
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong ability to multitask and superior attention to detail
- Team Player

- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relations with the driver fleet
