**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**13 Month contract**

Reporting to the Director of Visual Presentation, the Manager supports the creation, development, communication and education of National Merchandising and brand presentation in accordance with RW&CO. objectives and strategies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Based on RW&CO. strategies, responsible for the overall creation of the visual presentation, including strategic floor plans and seasonal launches;
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Operations, Merchants, Store planning, to ensure alignment on vision, strategies & execution;
- Creates and develop Visual signature through merchandising and presentation to deliver a compelling Store theatre;
- Establishes appropriate merchandising strategy for product, based on quantities and investments;
- Partner with Store leadership across Canada for training and guidance materials to educate teams;
- Supervises, coaches and develops Visual Presentation team on visual initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree in visual merchandising, fashion techniques or design or equivalent field of study;
- 5 years+ experience in visual merchandising in the fashion retail industry;
- Experience in managing a team.
