**Job description**
- Create leading-edge presentations in windows, interior focals, department mannequins and merchandise integration.
- Research and maintain knowledge of relevant fashion trends and vendor styling guidelines, to develop a fashion point of view.
- Understand the company’s brand matrix and essence while remaining updated with the vendor guidelines.
- Provides coaching and support of Store Managers and store teams on visual standards and brand guidelines.
- Identifies and communicates visual opportunities as they relate to layout or coaching, providing recommendations to better meet sales and brand goals.
- Provides timely summary reporting and feedback resulting from store visits.
- Source props and materials where required, and as directed by the reporting management team.
- Maintain studio storage spaces and collateral areas in a clean, tidy, and organized manner.
- Contribute collaboratively to gather feedback and deliver them to the store management team.
- Constant communication with Head Office.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in retail and visual merchandising.
- College Degree in visual presentation or equivalent.
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
- Creativity and interest in fashion.
- Attentive to details and rigorous execution.
- Collaborative and adaptable.
- Able to travel, with access to a car and a valid driver’s license. (required)
- Bilingual (French and English).
