**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The incumbent will assist the Team Leader, Visual Presentation in order to provide day-to-day support to the department. He/she will be called upon to work in collaboration with the entire team to ensure the proper transmission of information between the department and the stores.
- Gather the necessary information for our planograms;
- Plan and perform planograms;
- Ensure the organization of the model store in view of planograms and presentations;
- Collaborate in the development of original concepts for our storefronts;
- Coordinate communication between various team members;
- Write memos, checklists and various documents related to the visual presentation;
- Write instructions for folding, hanging and installing display cases, including photos and explanatory texts;
- Follow up with our various suppliers;
- Perform the necessary tests and validations during project development;
- Conduct trend research in visual presentation;
- Occasionally participate in store openings;
- Occasionally visit the stores of our various banners, as well as the competition with the visual presentation team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Fashion Marketing, Presentation Design or equivalent;
- 2 to 3 years of retail experience;
- Creativity and open-mindedness;
- Ability to manage multiple files at once;
- Long battery life;
- Rigor and attention to detail;
- Bilingualism essential (written and spoken);
Good knowledge of the Windows environment
