Northern Outreach and Clinical Services provides person centred, evidence-based treatment built on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis, in order to identify individualized goals to support skill acquisition and address challenging behaviours and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree in a related field (Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Education, Special Ed., etc.) from an accredited University.
- BCBA Certification in good standing with the Board Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the field of ABA.
- Authorization to work in Canada.

The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Executive Director and Program Director. The Clinical Supervisor oversees BCaBA’s and ABA therapist leads the clinical team in implementing behavioural treatment for children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with ASD or other developmental disabilities while ensuring that clients receive high quality services.
**Key Job Duties**:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing behaviour intervention and ABA programs
- Writing assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Conducting assessments
- Provide ongoing training to ABA Therapists
- Hold bi-weekly team meetings
- Monthly meetings with ABA therapists and other supervisor
- Supervising ABA therapist and travel between clients
- Parent coaching
- Data review and analysis
- Travel is REQUIRED for this role therefore a current and valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for travel and/or able to get physically to client meetings at their preferred location
