**About the Opportunity**

Due to growth, No-Spill Systems is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and hands-on individual to work out of our Winnipeg office as a Office Support Administrator.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Demonstrated Administration and Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows and MS programs
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to travel to trade shows in North American and Internationally (approx. 6 weeks travel/year)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent is an asset
- Self-Motivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision

Additional skills:

- Mechanical aptitude and experience are an asset
- Gold-Vision and/or QuickBooks knowledge is an asset
- Spoken and written French is an asset

What you will do:

- Receive, apply, and deposit customer payments
- General data entry
- Invoice sales orders accurately and in a timely fashion
- Prepare and distribute monthly accounts receivable statements
- Resolve accounts receivable errors or deliquesces
- Enter and maintain customer information within Quickbooks
- Maintain stock levels of marketing materials and office supplies
- Respond to clients general or product related questions
- Maintain contact with vendors and acquire quotes
- Provide assistance to accounts payable
- Update company price lists and catalog
- Follow all company safety and hygiene policies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
