We pride ourselves on our consulting expertise in career planning, career coaching and talent development related to dynamic industries in North America and Asia, such as Financial Services, Consulting, High-Technology, Health Care and CPG industries. **Major Responsibilities**
**1) Career Planning and Coaching**
- Implement coaching follow-up, documentations and reporting to continuously improve client experience during the talent development and talent acquisition cycle
- Co-ordinate with large numbers of stakeholders to manage new coaching initiatives and process improvement projects
**2) Training & Development**
- Design and organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops, including performing research, hosting meetings, drafting PowerPoint slides and facilitating communications with trainers and mentors
- Create and update e-learning contents for e-learning platforms
- Play a key role in managing existing and new social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, YouTube, XiaoETong, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu).
**3) Client Consultation and Marketing Support**
- Handle inquiries from potential clients by understanding their needs, assessing concerns/interests and providing career planning consultations to potential clients
- Engage existing and new clients on social media platforms to enhance branding and referrals
- Perform research and develop ideas & marketing materials for sponsorship and advertisement (e.g., flyers, posters and videos)
- Liaise with partners (e.g., school associations, professional associations, staffing agencies, immigration centers) for promotion/marketing activities and event planning
**4) Operation Support**
- Perform weekly job posting search based on clients’ career paths and distribute job openings to clients
- Generate ad hoc operational and client analytics reports for Management
**Qualification Requirements**
1. **Minimum 2 years of experience **in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBP or Consulting
2. Solid knowledge of consulting, adult learning methodologies and various social media platforms **(e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn).**
3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Education, Business, Economics or Management.
4. Excellent customer services, relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Energetic, organized, detail-oriented with strong **service mind-set, work ethics** and **can-do attitude;** demonstrated self-motivator, quick learner and problem-solver.
6. **Flexibility for different working shifts. **Intermedia level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; **fluency in Mandarin** is a must.
7. Work towards CHRP or coaching certifications would be an asset.
