**The Opportunity**:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage their expertise in delivering talent solutions to help support the Miller Group's people strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage critical platforms and partnerships to source diverse, exceptional talent
- Advocate and influence colleagues to be talent acquisition champions, promoting job opportunities through social and professional networks
- Facilitate the full life cycle recruiting process for professional, technical and business support roles
- Conduct professional interviews
- Prior experience in the construction sector
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- High sense of urgency, and reliable follow-through
- An innovative mindset to improve recruiting efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view
- Desire and ability to build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and provide consultative information throughout the whole process
