This role is essential for execution of critical talent initiatives that support our P&C strategic priority: Advance talent, succession, and development programs to build a high performing future ready workforce.
The Senior Talent Management Specialist is a critical role responsible for the full-cycle management and strategic success of core talent processes, including Performance Management. Key accountabilities include managing system configuration, testing, and program timelines; developing essential tools and training resources for HR and business leaders; and providing consultation to ensure high program adoption. This role will also be responsible for measuring program effectiveness, maintaining accurate talent data, and producing key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the role supports a positive work environment by managing employee well-being programs and initiatives.
The Specialist leverages AI to automate routine processes, allowing for more strategic focus on actionable talent insights and continuous program improvements.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of the annual performance management cycle.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and project deliverables to ensure success across talent management programs or processes.
- Provide tools and resources (e.g., training guides, intranet content, and comms strategies) to support HR and business leaders
- Provide consultation to HR business partners on adoption, customization, and implementation of programs that meet organizational needs.
- Own the configuration, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of the Dayforce talent modules (e.g., Performance, Succession)
- Respond to inquiries from HRBPs, leaders, and employees regarding the process, policy, and system functionality and proactively develop solutions that address gaps
- Measure program effectiveness through the analysis of appropriate metrics and recommend program adjustments as needed.
- Ensure talent data is accurate, current, and actionable. Produce quarterly talent and performance KPIs—including trends on high performers and succession pipeline health—to guide business and workforce planning.
- Manage employee well-being programs and initiatives including coordinating wellness workshops, team challenges and activities to promote a healthy work environment.
- Help coordinate engagement events, recognition programs, and activities to foster a positive work culture.

- Have education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting talent management programs, including performance management and employee development
- Possess a solid grasp of HR principles and best practices
- Have experience with managing Talent Management modules within HRIS
- Have excellent project coordination skills to align deliverables and remain on track when managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Have the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
- Have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication including facilitation skills
- Have knowledge of AI tools and comfort leveraging technology to enhance work efficiency
- Have experience with Talent Systems and Process Governance
- Have experience with Stakeholder Engagement
- Have strategic thinking skills
- Have strong communication Skills
- Have Change Management Skills
