**Job Overview**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Reach out to, develop and convert prospects into qualified selling opportunities, and then transition them effectively to the appropriate business development manager.
- Lead franchise painting conferences and training events.
- With the rapid expansion of the organization, we would expect this position to have the ability to develop a high performing individual.

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with others.
- Experienced in a customer service environment, redirecting sales and overcoming objections.
- Understand the importance of building lasting relationships, getting referrals, and following up on potential clients.
- You are driven, but you are coach-able and have experienced being on a winning team. You are energized when you are working on your own (independently), as well as when you are with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Word
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers
- Positive can-do attitude / servant leadership for others

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in customer relationship management

**Salary: $65,000 per year**
