**Function Summary**
Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development & Employee Engagement, this role works collaboratively with leaders at all levels of the organization to foster a culture of growth and learning, optimize leadership impact and achieve strategic and operational goals.

This role is responsible for:
Supporting organizational learning and leader development through the design and delivery of educational programs and mentorship programs, as well as leader coaching for new habit formation.

Acting as a trusted thinking partner to leaders related to strategy deployment, change management, continuous performance improvement and employee engagement.

Fostering a positive and healthy workplace through norm-setting exercises as well as team building and conflict resolution activities.

Facilitating process improvement projects to achieve improved performance.

Is committed to living the Mission and Values of Bruyère.

Is committed to patient and resident safety, on-going learning and continuous quality improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavioural Education or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience working in a hospital or long-term care setting
- Experience working with a LEAN Management System
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning, group facilitation and leadership development
- Experience in cultural transformation, process improvement and change leadership
- Experience using and maintaining a Learning Management System
- Experience designing and successfully delivering programs, projects, presentations and events
- Certifications in Coaching, LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt or other quality and process improvement methodology, Prosci Change Management, Just Culture, Psychometric Assessment (i.e. SDI Core Strengths, Personalysis, Tild, DISC, etc.), preferred

- Superior applied knowledge of adult learning principles with considerable experience in instructional design
- Expertise in organizational development theories and familiarity with the elements of an integrated talent management system
- Applied knowledge of process improvement, organizational change and system transformation
- Applied knowledge of LEAN Improvement and LEAN Management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to align others around a shared vision and goals
- Proven ability to help people to build insights as well as new habits and behaviours
- Demonstration of well-developed group facilitation skills
- Superb planning, project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence people at all levels of the organization and to balance and integrate multiple perspectives
- Demonstrated ability to assess organizational development and learning needs and design, implement, deliver and evaluate programs

- Ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and work collaboratively with others to co-create solutions that are responsive and respectful of diverse stakeholder needs and perspectives
