**What This Role Involves**:
The Content & Communication Specialist is the ‘voice’ of CCS, putting into words the great work that we do in a way that resonates with Canadians. Your role will be to use your financial industry knowledge to create compelling written collateral in the form of blog articles, media pitches, press releases, brochures, presentations, video scripts, and social media posts to increase awareness, consumer interaction, and knowledge, consistent with our overall marketing and awareness strategy.

**What We Are Looking For**:
The successful applicant for this position will bring the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is required, ideally in a related field such as business or communications.
- Three to five years of experience in either the personal finance or credit industry is a requirement for this role.
- Two to three years of experience in communications, writing, or journalism.
- Previous experience working in a media relations capacity is an asset.
- Excellent oral and exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good understanding of and interest in multiple social media platforms (e.g., X, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok).

**Work Environment**:
This is a full-time position that requires you to have the ability to work remotely from your primary residence. From time to time and with advance notice, this position may be required to work from a CCS office location.
