**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an owner of an engaging content portfolio:
Our Content Manager will be the driving force and owner of a strategic and ongoing conversation with our clients. They will define how and where this conversation happens and determine what we want to say. The primary goal of the Content Manger will be to build an audience of EMR clients, prospects, and healthcare leaders who follow our content to level up their EMR and healthcare technology industry knowledge. Their work will help our clients improve their depth of knowledge of our EMR product, our company, and our industry. The Content Manager will find ways to measure their success and isn’t afraid to try new approaches when some things don’t work.
Key Focus Areas:
- Product Content
- support clients leveling up through bite size education content that that leads clients to our more in-depth learning and self-help resources
- Thought Leadership - Develop a thought leadership content series with senior leadership and product managers that positions QHR as a healthcare technology leader while raising the profile of our leaders
- Self-Help - support clients to improve their EMR efficiency on their own with self-guided tools
- Social Media - entice learning and adoption from clients (and prospects) by using digital channels to promote our EMR content
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Develop EMR product content including videos, webinars, articles, social media posts within brand standards
- Drive an audience-first mindset and create and suggest focus on assets including reports, blogs, videos, infographics, and other thought leadership content to deepen client knowledge within our products
- Own the promotional tactics to our clients for training opportunities including Accuro Learning Academy, Accuro Performance Training, Webinars, Newsletters, Resources
- Push new initiatives forward that allow for client engagement such as Salesforce communities, self-help resources, and referral programs
- Develop and execute the content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as Training, lead generation, product marketing, product management, sales and client services, to ensure content aligns with the overall business strategy
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategy as needed to improve results
- Stay informed about healthcare industry and content marketing trends, including hot topics, content formats, distribution channels, and best practices
- Ensure writing style and messaging are aligned with brand guidelines and have a customer centric point of view
**Additional Duties and Expectations**:
- Promote QHR’s “Blue Culture” framework to foster a collaborative, positive and efficient workplace,
- Contribute to the organization’s positive image both internally and externally,
- Perform other duties consistent with the position, as reasonably directed by your manager.
**Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in a content, training, or customer engagement role
- Track record of creating successful content programs in a B2B Tech company
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing content teams structure and processes
- Deep understanding of content marketing with experience in data-driven content marketing
- Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
- Training content design experience
- Experience in video editing and multi-media tools
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be curious about how things work successfully
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Degree in English, Journalism, Business Administration or relevant field
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred
- EMR product knowledge and experience is an asset
- Highly collaborative, able to work across functional teams
- Strong business acumen and persuasive influencing skills
**Compensation and Logistics**:
- Base salary, variable bonus established at the corporate level, competitive benefits package
- Full time, permanent
- Travel may be required to fulfill the duties of this role
