**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the shipping and receiving operations for camper van conversion parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any shipping or quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to forecast inventory needs and ensure availability of required parts for ongoing projects.
- Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system to track and monitor stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment schedules.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to source and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and lead times.
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure adherence to inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Implement safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including proper handling and lifting techniques for heavy items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory control processes, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks related to shipping and receiving operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address inventory-related issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for handling heavy items.
