CTK Bio is a research, development and manufacturing Canadian cleantech company that converts wasted by-products into biodegradable / compostable plastic pellets and other high value materials designed to break down in managed and unmanaged environments.

**Project**

CTK Bio Canada is currently working on multiple organic waste based composite R&D projects with universities across Canada to replace traditional plastic. CTK Bio Canada has a manufacturing facility for resin production and anticipates expanding industrial-scale resin plant by 2026.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and overall logistics coordination. This role requires a professional multitasker who ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and meet our high-quality standards.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Supervising warehouse operations**: Oversee the entire flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient handling of inventory from receiving to shipping.
- **Logistics coordination**: Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track delivery schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Inventory control**: Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, system updates, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- **Order management**: Coordinate and prioritize orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely shipping in line with customer needs.
- **Shipping & transportation management**: Manage the logistics of transportation for both inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with shipping carriers to optimize routes and reduce lead times.
- **Quality assurance**: Implement and enforce strict quality control standards for all warehouse processes, minimizing errors in packing, labeling, and shipping.
- **Team leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- **Logistics optimization**: Continuously assess warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows across all logistics functions.
- **Tracking & reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and warehouse operations, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time delivery rates. Generate reports to ensure performance goals are met.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination for efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.

**Required skills, Understanding, & Qualifications**
- **Valid forklift certification is a must**
- High school diploma+
- 1+ years experience in a warehouse
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
- Proficiency with SCM+ and/or ERP systems for warehouse management
- Standard First Aid & CPR
- WHMIS certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
