Sales Manager

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Retaining existing clients
- Approaching new clients and to generate new business from them
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills
- Provide product/ service information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Process sales transactions in coordination with our in-house team
- Nurture leads by understanding clients’ business needs, pain points, and objectives, and effectively communicating how our offerings can address their requirements.
- Maintaining payments and credits
- Monitor portfolio performance, including retention rates and growth metrics
- Work closely with cross functional in-house team members to achieve the delivery deadline
- Leadership skills, manage the team independently
- Experience in developing and growing a sales culture within the organization
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keeping up to date current market trends and needs by the means of promotion of products
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation degree, preferably in Commerce, Business, Marketing
- Previous Sales, Business development experience with Marketing agencies/ media line
- Knowledge of working with service industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build customers rapport
- Excellent phone etiquette and must be good in communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to conduct product/ service demos to showcase features and benefits
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have basic MS Office knowledge and ability to operate common CRM software

Pay: $15.30-$40.08 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
