In this position you will ensure timely and accurate entry of all quotes, sales orders, invoicing and change requests. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Manage the creation of all quotes, change requests, sales orders, and invoicing for both whole goods and parts. Facilitate the flow of information from internal departments to support the Sales team. Maintain an accurate list of whole good inventory and ensure visibility to the Sales team. Set and monitor weekly invoicing objectives. Support the sales team with pricing, shipping, invoicing and programming questions. Assist with creating and administering sales programs. We’re Looking For: Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Able to manage time and prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to input and update data using electronic systems. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is an asset. Experience with CRM and ERP software is an asset.
