**About This Opportunity**:
We are looking for a new team member who will be reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position will be multi-focused with project work and some daily tasks.

**This opportunity is for an 8-month contract.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday/40hours per week.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Infinity QS Scorecard and Data Analysis
- Assist QA Supervisor with consumer complaint investigation.
- Maintain the retrieved complaint sample log and ensure proper retention of samples.
- Monitor routine Food Safety activities and checks
- Daily Sanitation scorecard
- Tracking of Annual CPK studies and assist QA Supervisor to ensure completion of same
- Weekly NCR documentation audit to ensure accuracy.
- Manage supplier non-conformances
- Create Maintenance notifications.
- Document control for QA Documents
- Assist QA Manager for action tracking (EJT Database)
- Sample shipments
- Assist with Raw Material and process trials and new product protocols
- Other associated tasks

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma DEC, Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology (finalized or ongoing)
- Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Food Safety knowledge
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP.
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written, are required.
- Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member.
- Strong analytical skills / highly organized
- Preferably bilingual
