**Job Description**:

If you answered yes to these questions, join the Installation Service Center team You'll work in a dynamic atmosphere with conscientious colleagues who don't settle for the status quo and have a great sense of humor
**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose installation and hardware configuration issues
- Provide installation training remotely via a learning management system (LMS) or directly at client sites
- Perform installation demos with clients or service provider partners
- Track and monitor client and partner installations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in developing/improving departmental processes
- Validate the quality of installations and follow-up with our customers.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the installation experience with the R&D team
- Provide ad hoc support and training to the technical support team
- Provide ad hoc support to authorized installation partners
- Prepare installation quotes
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator
- At least 2-3 years' experience in technical support
- English and French spoken and written
- Valid passport and driver's license
- DEP in electromechanics or electronics or experience as an electronics / installation technician
**Assets**
- Knowledge of electrical systems, communication systems and vehicle sensors
- Knowledge of telemetry and telematics systems
- Experience in the high-tech, transportation, automotive electronic systems, electronics and/or telemetry industry.
