The Iron Skillet Wasaga Beach is a small business in Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2B7. We are fast-paced, engaging, fun, and our goal is to Provide quality food and service.

**Summary**:
To prepare food following specifications, recipes and techniques of the company. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the senior sous chef and sous chefs with their daily tasks. Produce all assigned menu items consistently and efficiently.

**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is an asset but not necessary
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Organizational Skills
- Adherence to company specifications
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Works well under pressure
- Reliable
- High tolerance for repetition
- Must be bondable and have a clear police clearance. Background check is required upon hire

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Clean up station
- Maintain quality and speed of output
- Knowledge of company food specifications and plating requirements
- Desire and ability to work as part of a team
- Adherence to cost control guidelines.
- Food handling
- Cleanliness
