victims in the region need more of our help.
And THAT'S where you come in. We are looking for a motivated, passionate,
obsessed individual to be the first point of contact for all potential new clients. If you
love working in sales but are looking for the added security and stability of a regular
paycheck, we'd love to have you put your skills to work for us.
**We need someone to take responsibility for**:
- Raising the bar for exceptional client experience
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Building rapport with potential new clients
- Locating prospective clients, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them into clients
While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, taking
on our new client relations operations means being great with computers and would
involve:
- Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
- Upselling our firm and the services we provide
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Developing new business leads
- Ensuring all communication with new or existing clients is logged into a CRM system
Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
- A proven track record in sales and/or marketing
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Strong listening skills
- Empathy when handling sensitive client matters
- A natural drive to succeed and see our firm grow
